Large Format Printing
Available are:
- (1) Epson SureColor P8000 w/ built in paper cutter and up to 44" paper handling
- 10", 17", 24", 36", and 44" paper roll widths
- Cutting mat and rotary cutter
Uses are:
- Print posters for class presentations and conferences
- Prints for an on campus art exhibit
- Class Projects
Users should:
- only submit self created works to include:
- posters for classes and conferences,
- artwork and photos created by you for course work,
- posters for campus events
- design poster to size in an acceptable format compatible with:
- Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Publisher)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- embed fonts where applicable
- ensure files are less than 10MB
- refrain from submitting copyrighted material, for which you don't have permission to use
- complete the Large Format Print Request form a minimum of 48 hours in advance of intended pickup (Requests are printed Monday-Friday only, and requests submitted on Friday or over the weekend should not be expected to be picked up before Tuesday at noon)
- pick up completed posters from the Help Desk

Print Limits:
- up to 30 sq ft per semester for students for academics
- up to 60 sq ft per faculty and staff for academics
- up to 30 sq ft per semester for departments/clubs for events
Library staff:
- will only allow printing for academic purposes and authorized campus events
(Note: It will be helpful if faculty/advisors inform library staff of upcoming assignments/events for which students will place requests) - reserves the right to refuse any print requests it believes to be in violation of copyright
- may confirm requests with faculty/advisors.
- will make every effort to complete requests by the projected pick up date, but is dependent on the number of submitted requests
- will notify users when prints are ready for pick up
- will do periodic evaluations of usage and reserves the right to adjust policies and procedures accordingly
