Directions

Take I-695 to Exit 25, Charles Street
Drive south on Charles Street for approximately 3 miles to Bellona Avenue
Turn left onto Bellona Avenue (do not take Bellona Avenue just after getting off the interstate, the road curves out of your way)
Proceed on Bellona Avenue, across Northern Parkway, until it merges with York Road
Drive south on York Road to the fourth light, turn right onto Winston Avenue (there is a McDonald's on the right near corner)
The Library is at the end of the road

Take I-83, the Jones Falls Expressway to Exit 9, Cold Spring Lane, East
Drive east on Cold Spring Lane past Charles Street and the Loyola University campus
At the intersection of York Road and Cold Spring Lane, the second light after Charles Street, turn left (Note: 4pm-6pm, turn not permitted) and proceed to the first traffic light, Winston Avenue (there is a McDonald's on the left far corner)
Turn left onto Winston Avenue and drive to the end of the road

A Library bike parking rack is available at the Winston Avenue entrance.

The library parking lot is accessible from Winston Avenue and is for those who are using the library.

Payment at the rate of $2.00/hour is required during the Fall and Spring semesters, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; payable only with a credit card at the kiosk
- The receipt is to be displayed on your dashboard
- Violators will be towed
Parking is free after 5:00 pm, on weekends, during final exams, and all summer
Three spaces closest to the library allow free parking for up to 20 minutes
